Dough residue can cling to container bottoms and sides, requiring high-powered water jets, and the grains used in coarse bread can clog washing system nozzles unless removed efficiently.

Brüel Systems washing systems can be fitted with special rotating self-cleaning filters that effectively remove grains from the washing water, preventing nozzles from clogging. Our filter systems allow you to recycle washing water in the rinse process, saving water in your cleaning processes.
High temperature, low energy consumption
Containers for baking ingredients and baked products such as pizzas should generally be cleaned at 70-80°C. Our systems are designed to achieve the exact washing temperature you require and can be equipped to save resources such as power, water, pressurised air, helping you achieve good cleaning results at the lowest possible cost.
